Christine has been playing Anglo concertina for several years and co-hosts one of Nanaimo's most beloved traditional Irish music sessions — a weekly gathering that has grown to 16–19 musicians. Passionate about making Irish trad accessible to absolute beginners, she founded CelticTradHub to bring the slow session experience online. Her approach is simple: no pressure, no performance, just trad the way it was always meant to be — played together in a circle.

Aaron
Session Leader

Aaron is a multi-instrumentalist with a deep love for Celtic traditional music. He plays Irish whistle and bagpipes, and co-hosts the Nanaimo Irish trad session alongside Christine. With a natural gift for teaching and a relaxed, encouraging style, Aaron brings warmth and enthusiasm to every session he leads.
